How to Buy a Painting
Once you choose a painting, just click on the "Buy Now" button next to it and follow the instructions to safely purchase it with any major credit card or Paypal. If you have any questions or need some help, please email me and I will be happy to assist.
If you see a painting that has been sold or is not the size you need, please email me. We can discuss the possibility of my creating a custom painting that will fit your space and color preference. I want you to have art in your home that you love and your satisfaction is very important to me.
For Domestic Buyers:
Credit Card Charges: Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped.
Return Policy: Returns or exchanges of original art are accepted for any reason. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Contact me for return within 7 days from the date of delivery
2. Art must arrive in the same exact condition as when it left.
3. Please include all original packaging and package the artwork in the same manner it was received.
4. Use the same shipping company that delivered the artwork.
5. Please note - there are no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping: Art is fully insured and professionally packed. Allow 7 - 14 days from shipping to delivery. Once shipped, I will email you the tracking number.
Please include your phone number with your order so the carrier can contact you if necessary.
In the unlikely event your painting is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund, if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection. The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Valerie Blauvelt Fine Art. There are no exceptions to this policy.
