This is the third painting in the series of 9 called Water's Edge. I painted them to be debuted at the Waterfront Art Show that I will be attending as a vendor on July 29th and 30th in Webster, NY. The show grounds are located in a park near Lake Ontario, one of the five Great Lakes in North America. I live on a lake and my love of the water is the inspiration for many of my paintings. This painting is wrapped in Jute cord, symbolic of ropes used to tie up boats to the dock. It can be purchased individually or in a grouping since the 9 paintings are complementary. I personally like them in groupings of three.
