Sand & Surf I

I created Sand & Surf I with layers of warm neutrals, soft creams and earthy grays, building rich texture across the surface. A heavily textured band moves through the composition, suggesting the natural patterns and movement of sand and water along the shoreline. The contrast between the quieter upper portion and the more expressive textures below creates a sense of depth while allowing the painting to remain open to interpretation.
